Position- Senior Sales Head (In the luxury market)
Job Responsibilities
Develop and enhance brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives.
Maintain and update customer databases for effective client management.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Utilize CRM software and tools efficiently for lead tracking and sales management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients channel partners and investors by providing support insights and guidance.
Analyze sales metrics to assess the effectiveness of current sales strategies and optimize them accordingly.
Engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) from the database inviting them to visit the community.
Organize and conduct site visits providing personalized walkthroughs to potential buyers.
Ensure timely follow-ups and client communication to enhance customer engagement.
Collaborate with the finance and legal teams for seamless payment collections and resolution of legal queries.
Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks to drive sales excellence.
Job Qualifications
Masters/ Bachelors (BSc/BA) Degree in Marketing/ Marketing Management/ Sales/Communications/ CSP (certified sales professional)/Hospitality
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales
Has experience in selling properties of atleast 5cr upwards
Previous sales management experience
Understand Real estate market and trends
Must be well-organised and detail-oriented
Ability to build rapport with clients and manage expectations
Fluent in English Kannada and Hindi are a plus
Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment ability to multitask and meet multiple tight deadlines
Good negotiation and collaboration skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications as well as CRM softwares
Keen understanding of vendor management and customer service
Comfortable with legal terms and structures for standard commercial contracts
Self-starter who exhibits ownership of assigned tasks and who will push for solutions that solve immediate problems while building toward long-term goals
Ability to effectively be flexible in approach and respond well to pressure
