THE ROLE
As an Admissions Advisor youll be the crucial first point of contact for prospective students entering their field of interest. This dynamic position combines relationship building strategic enrollment management and personalized guidance through various specialized degree and diploma programs.
QUALIFICATIONS WERE LOOKING FOR
Required:
Bachelors degree
3-5 years of successful experience in sales recruitment or related fields
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with strong collaborative abilities
Adaptability to customize communication approaches (not scripts!)
Proficiency with CRM systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Preferred:
3-5 years of higher education admissions experience with proven goal achievement
Passion for continuous learning and education
Flexibility to occasionally work evenings and weekends as needed
