Our Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations organisation is responsible for building the ultimate go-to-market engine to connect our solutions with customer needs at scale. As a GTM Strategy and Operations Manager you will be taking on a leadership role to help crack the most important strategic topics in the sales organization driving revenue growth and improving sales productivity and customer value. In 2023 this also means thinking with an AI-first mentality and leveraging the latest tools at our disposal to create smart efficient and scalable processes for our sales organization as well as being comfortable with complex data queries data management and visualizations.
This individual will act as an advisor to executives in the sales organization and is responsible for helping crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the business. As a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager you will be partnering with senior sales executives to assess business performance and derive actionable insights focused on driving revenue growth sales productivity and customer value. The Manager is also responsible for leading end-to-end and high-impact projects program managing and scaling operational and planning processes (e.g. building sales territories setting sales targets and leveraging AI for this) in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Finance Product Marketing Customer Success) and with a high degree of independence and critical decision-making.
The Manager should have a strong strategic mindset and communications skills and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive critical business decisions. They should be able to think about the so-whats and act like owners of the business driving end-to-end sales segments and transformational projects. The candidate should also be able to handle highly sensitive confidential and non-routine information have attention to detail be open-minded to challenge the status quo and work on a rapidly changing organization while inspiring excellence from themselves and business partners.
