Job Description
Your role as Installation Coordinator
- Provide an exceptional Service experience for your customer
- Reaching and exceeding targets as defined by the department
- Answering telephone queries and establish faults with beer dispense equipment providing technical advice on how to resolve the fault and engaging the customer to self help
- Building strong working relationships within the department and across Greene King
- Ensuring jobs inputted accurately and in real time
- Develop your technical knowledge of Beer Dispense equipment.
