Job Description

What youll do: 

As part of the Marketing team this is your opportunity to be a big part of something big. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment is confident leading a team and is passionate about creating brand experiences that resonate. Youll bring energy clarity and creativity to the table helping elevate whats already in play and ensuring consistent execution across channels.

  • Embed our new brand strategy and identity across key channels and teams ensuring consistency and alignment with our business objectives.
  • Lead the ongoing development of our brand strategy across our portfolio of brands including refining architecture positioning and identity frameworks.
  • Strengthen brand governance by enhancing our tools guidelines and messaging frameworks to enable confident and consistent application.
  • Collaborate with marketing product design and sales teams to ensure brand strategy is clearly understood and brought to life across all touchpoints.
  • Act as a guardian of our brand systemproviding strategic input quality oversight and guidance to ensure a strong unified presence across the business.
  • Monitor cultural and category trends keeping a pulse on how we continue to evolve and differentiate our brand over time.

Qualifications :

What are we looking for 

Were looking for an experienced and driven Brand Manager to join our team on a 12-month parental leave contract. In this role you will lead the execution of key brand initiatives and uncover new opportunities to extend our reach and impact.

  • Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game we own it we step in we are curious we dont take ourselves too seriously).
  • Proven experience in a brand or marketing manager role
  • A strategic thinker who is able to think critically and develop long-term brand strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams to uphold brand standards and consistency
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders priorities and deadlines with a calm solution-oriented mindset.
  • A collaborative and inspiring team leader who brings out the best in others.
  • Strong understanding of brand architecture principles and experience in brand portfolio management
