Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Ignitis Renewables team where you will be responsible for the implementation of utility-scale renewable energy projects across Lithuania. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Supporting project planning and coordination alongside the Project Manager including specific sub-topics and delegated responsibilities
  • Leading minor CAPEX procurements (excluding main works) negotiating costs schedules and scope in coordination with the Project Manager
  • Supporting the Project Manager in major CAPEX procurements and acting as deputy during their absence
  • Managing smaller project sub-teams and effectively delegating responsibilities across the project team
  • Monitoring project progress identifying roadblocks and supporting claims change requests and variation processes
  • Overseeing documentation reporting and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and project timelines
  • Collaborating with internal experts (engineers lawyers environmental & permitting specialists etc.) to ensure optimal outcomes and risk mitigation
  • Assisting in project handover and closure processes to ensure smooth transitions and finalization.

Qualifications :

  • Higher education in Construction Engineering or Energy
  • At least 2 years of project management and construction experience in the energy sector
  • Managed at least one energy project through planning or construction phase
  • General knowledge of project management and renewable energy technologies
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages
  • High level of professionalism adaptability and proactive mindset
  • B category driving license.
