You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Supporting project planning and coordination alongside the Project Manager including specific sub-topics and delegated responsibilities
- Leading minor CAPEX procurements (excluding main works) negotiating costs schedules and scope in coordination with the Project Manager
- Supporting the Project Manager in major CAPEX procurements and acting as deputy during their absence
- Managing smaller project sub-teams and effectively delegating responsibilities across the project team
- Monitoring project progress identifying roadblocks and supporting claims change requests and variation processes
- Overseeing documentation reporting and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and project timelines
- Collaborating with internal experts (engineers lawyers environmental & permitting specialists etc.) to ensure optimal outcomes and risk mitigation
- Assisting in project handover and closure processes to ensure smooth transitions and finalization.
Qualifications :
- Higher education in Construction Engineering or Energy
- At least 2 years of project management and construction experience in the energy sector
- Managed at least one energy project through planning or construction phase
- General knowledge of project management and renewable energy technologies
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages
- High level of professionalism adaptability and proactive mindset
- B category driving license.
