Your responsibility will be supporting the operation of all IT equipment including laser & thermal printers windows mobile scanners network infrastructure etc. Installing and maintaining hardware & software systems including our proprietary operational software that is mission critical while providing support to company employees. The IT TechnicianSecond Shift will report directly to the IT Manager. As the IT Support Technician you will be responsible for supporting our operation provided the following:
Second Shift Hours are Monday through Thursday 10:00am to 8:30pm
Essential Functions:
- Install and support all IT hardware
- Install and support purchased and in-house software
- Attend required meetings - Supporting the operation on your shift
- Maintain or repair equipment
- Troubleshoot a variety of system related issues
- Set up computer security measures
- Support our computer networks
- Offer technical support on-site or via phone/email
- Continually audit our systems used in our plant to ensure operation
- Occasional travel to other CLI locations for training and support
Education/Experience Requirements:
Associates or bachelors degree in business computer science or other related field
0-3 years relative experience. Entry level is ok.
Good written/oral communication skills
Expert knowledge of Microsoft and other computer applications internal systems
