Job Description
Are you seeking a new opportunity to use your commercial real estate transaction experience Do you enjoy collaborating with clients to facilitate complex deals Join our dynamic team in Seattle as a Commercial Title Assistant!
We need a detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional service through every step of the closing process. In this 5-month temp/contract role youll put your communication and organization skills into action while working with our real estate transactions team.
What youll do:
- Provide nationwide title services for commercial transactions
- Search public records and examine titles for properties to determine legal condition
- Manage Title recordings and policies
- Proactively communicate with internal and external customers
What youll bring:
- 1 - 2 years of residential and/or commercial title/escrow/lending experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities
- Quick thinker; ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Is dependable punctual and professional
- Has great attention to detail
- Has a high school diploma; degree preferred
