Job Title: Personal Lines Producer
Location: Mountain Lake NJ
Schedule: Full-time In-Office (5 Days/Week)
Compensation: Flexible Commission Structure Base (Negotiable Based on Commission Preference)

Overview:
A growing independent insurance agency located in Mountain Lake NJ is seeking a skilled and driven Personal Lines Producer to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the standard personal insurance market and the nuanced needs of high-net-worth (HNW) clients. While the position requires five days in-office client appointments always take priority and may override office presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect develop and manage a personal lines book of business with a mix of standard and HNW clients.

  • Conduct risk assessments and design comprehensive insurance programs tailored to individual client needs.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and proactive account management.

  • Collaborate closely with account managers and carriers to ensure smooth policy placement and renewals.

  • Prioritize in-person or virtual client meetings as needed

Lines of Business:
The producer will be selling and servicing a range of personal insurance products including but not limited to:

  • Homeowners (Standard and High-Value)

  • Auto (Standard and Luxury/Exotic)

  • Personal Umbrella

  • Jewelry Fine Art and Collections

  • Secondary/Vacation Homes and Yachts

Compensation:

  • Flexible commission structure to suit the candidates preferred model.

  • Base salary will be determined based on the agreed commission arrangement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in personal lines insurance sales including experience with HNW clientele.

  • Active Property & Casualty license in New Jersey (or ability to obtain promptly).

  • Deep understanding of personal insurance products and carriers that specialize in HNW coverage.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative client-first approach.

  • Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to manage a dynamic sales pipeline.
