The Opportunity:
We are hiring a Cardiology Clinical Supervisor for our Cardiology Physicians Outpatient Group Clinic at St. Lukes North on Barry Road.
The Shift:
This is a Monday through Friday day shift position
The Work:
- Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned.
- Supervise assigned clinical departments.
- Also responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions discipline and staff evaluations.
- Assist clinical staff and cover clinical duties as needed.
- Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.
- Previous Cardiology experience strongly preferred
- Previous management/supervisor experience preferred
- Previous Cardiology RN experience strongly preferred.
