Job Description
This is a unique chance to elevate your nursing career with a full-time commitment for 13 weeks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Seasonal RN in our PCU youll work with high-acuity patients tackling complex conditions such as heart failure arrhythmias and respiratory issues.
Youll also play a critical role in post-operative cardiac care handling heart catheterizations pacemakers and more while gaining experience in advanced respiratory and kidney disease care. Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of prior experience working in a unit that provides care for patients with similar needs.

Seasonal Position Details:
Full-time work schedule required for at least a 13-week period
15% premium on base pay (Seasonal Premium)
$1000 bonus at 30 days in position
$1000 bonus at 60 days in position
$2000 completion bonus after the 13-week assignment
No health benefits but eligible for 401(k)
Qualifications:
Current Montana RN license or a multi state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required. BSN degree preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar unit is required
Possess knowledge of professional nursing theory medical terminology and principles of professional nursing practice to administer and evaluate patient care.
Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR and/or BLS certification required.

Educate patients and their families acting as a key resource and connection between them and the care team.
Rapidly respond to changes in patient conditions working efficiently in a 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio specially designed for high-acuity care.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
