We are looking for a highly pro-active effective negotiator and innovative problem solver with a passion for preventing homelessness as part of a rehabilitative and resettlement programme for people with an offending background.
Do you have a passion for helping people rebuild their lives and succeed
Do you have experience working with people with offending histories and could you apply this to delivering the councils duties to people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness
Can you communicate clearly and effectively at all levels and develop new relationships and partnerships where required to help deliver successful outcomes
Can you do all this with empathy for people in this group many of whom will have multiple needs requiring intensive case working and support
