Full time starting salary is normally in the range 27166 to 28768 with potential progression once in post to 32145
Grade: 4
Part Time (14 hours per week)

Open House Drop In Session:We will be holding an open house drop in session at the Universitys Exchange building in Centenary Square Birmingham between 10am and 5pm on Friday 6th June 2025. Role Summary
This role supports Barber Concerts activity from within the University Music and Concerts will deliver activities and provide administrative support to the Head of University Music and Concerts in order to maximise our reach and support reputational enhancement. Key elements of the role include creating social media content promoting opportunities and our public events.

Dimensions
This role will require the exercise of some personal initiative within and beyond the department and with external contacts whilst ensuring that any output is in line with the University Music Barber Concerts and Music Department strategies.
Planning and Organising
The role is required to work independently on daily weekly and monthly tasks but also on projects with medium-longer-term horizons with regular supervision.
Problem Solving and decision making
You will work with direction from your managers but you will have a degree of autonomy.
Internal and External relationships
You will liaise with internal colleagues and stakeholders University-wide and also with external stakeholders.
