POSITION FUNCTION:
As theEmployment Counsellor you will deliver comprehensive career development services for all clients seeking occupational certification career development career planning training and academic upgrading assistance. This position supports a full range of WorkBC employment services to Immigrant clients. In the role ofEmployment Counsellor you will mitigate any barriers to employment and implement an appropriate course of action based on your clients needs. Although the primary duties described outline the core work adaptability to meeting other service needs as they emerge will be required.

COMPENSATION: $28.58 - $29.25 per hour
HOURS:
Full-time (35 hours per week) Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday (about once per month)
The successful candidate must be able to commute to the WorkBC office 108-nd Street
Surrey BC V4A 4N2 British Columbia.
BENEFITS:
A competitive benefits package is provided with contracts of at least 1 year in length and which offer a minimum of 17.5 hours of work per week.
