We are recruiting a hands-on, qualified Financial Controller to join a fast-growing, international business.

This confidential 6-month FTC offers the opportunity to lead the finance function through a critical period of transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and forecasting
- Oversee operational finance, including AP/AR, payroll, and stock control
- Strengthen internal controls and streamline financial processes
- Manage a small team and liaise with auditors and external advisors
- Support senior leadership with commercial insight and analysis

Candidate Requirements:
- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience in SME/mid-size or subsidiary environment
- Operational finance background and people management experience
- Strong systems and Excel skills
- Able to work on-site in Uxbridge 5 days per week
- Available immediately or within 1 week
