- Greets prospects in our lead source platforms.
- Registers and calls prospects in lead tracking systems.
- Creates leads and sales via video chat platforms and in-home appointments.
- Qualifies each prospects wants and needs into a plan of sales actions.
- Performs scheduling of job site measuring and job execution that meets the customers needs.
- Keep record of Photographs of remodeling jobs that are being measured to provide before photographs for the franchise album.
- Gathers information on all job-related products in order to provide a presentation to the customer.
- Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
- Revises quotes or drawings as customers wants and needs are assessed.
- Collects deposits/payments from customers.
- Interact with Project Manager to provide details for ordering.
- Initiates any job change orders.
- Follow up with project manager prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details.
- Continues customer contact during the job and monitor all related activities.
- Processes credit card payments from the customer in partnership with project manager.
