Hiring Range- Broker I: $30.21- $36.25. The maximum pay for this position is $42.29.
Hiring Range- Broker II: $33.23- $39.88. The maximum pay for this position is $46.52.

As a Broker Associate youll be more than just a real estate agent. Youll be a catalyst for change helping individuals and families find their dream homes while contributing to an amazing community.
What youll do:
- Build relationships: Connect with clients on a deep level understanding their unique needs and aspirations.
- Master the Eagle County Housing Programs: Become a local housing expert understanding the Countys deed-restricted programs the Valley Home Store programs down payment assistance and housing programs.
- Champion affordable housing: Drive initiatives that create opportunities for homeownership and rental assistance.
- Be a problem-solver: Find creative solutions to housing challenges from overcoming financial hurdles to streamlining processes.
- Collaborate with a purpose: Work alongside a dedicated team committed to making a positive impact.
Qualifications for Broker I:
- Two years of progressively responsible experience in administration real estate customer service hospitality marketing or any equivalent combination of training education and experience which will allow the candidate to successfully complete the Essential Functions of the position.
- Experience in residential real estate is preferred.
- Licensed as a Realtor through the Colorado Real Estate Commission or ability to obtain within the first six months. (This position requires co-listing transactions mentoring and supervision during the initial two years of licensure.)
- Member of the Vail Board of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors or the ability to join organizations shortly after employment.
- Valid Drivers license preferred but not required. This position may need to occasionally travel to various locations throughout the Eagle River Valley and Roaring Fork Valley to support the housing team attend and participate in housing-related activities.

Qualifications for Broker II:
- 12 successful (closed) transactions lead by broker with a co-listing agent with deed-restricted properties in Eagle County or equivalent experience.
- 24 months of mentorship with another higher-level broker as a mentor and supervisor
- Two or more years of relevant and progressively responsible experience in the housing department or equivalent real estate experience.
- Experience in residential real estate is preferred.
- Licensed through the Colorado Real Estate Commission or has a license from another state that could be transferred to Colorado.
- Member of the Vail Board of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors or the ability to join organizations shortly after employment.
- Valid Drivers license preferred but not required. This position may need to occasionally travel to various locations throughout the Eagle River Valley and Roaring Fork Valley to support the housing team attend and participate in housing-related activities.
