Job Description
Janitorial Maintenance Technician at Scioto Services
Shift: Monday Friday 3:30pm -1:00am
Location: E. 222nd OH
Requirements:
- You must be 18 years old.
- A pre-employment drug screen criminal background check and fingerprinting are required.
- Strong customer service skills are essential
- Understanding or experience in general maintenance
- Stand bend and carry items weighing up to 50lbs
Job Duties:
- Completing maintenance tasks including but not limited to:
- basic electrical and light bulbs
- plumbing
- carpentry
- mechanical
- drywall and painting
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Completing other tasks including general cleaning and projects as needed
