Job Description

The Client Development Manager responsible for driving customer satisfaction retention and account growth. This role involves building strong client relationships conducting regular business reviews analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills capable of delivering insights and recommendations in a consultative manner.

What Youll Do-

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Revenue Operations: Collaborate with our Rev Ops team on monitoring Customer Health Scores and churn rates.
  • Account Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with brokers and business development teams to engage clients across service modes.
  • Financial Issue Resolution: Partner with Enterprise Accounting to resolve billing and financial matters.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct performance reviews create custom presentations and provide internal consultation based on account operations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze market trends share insights with stakeholders track account performance metrics and develop client scorecards using Steams various technology tools.

What We Need from You-

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years in customer account management or equivalent brokerage sales experience.
  • 5 years in logistics or supply chain preferred.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Revenova and CargoWise.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights effectively.
