Job Description
At Pilots Pointe were building a community where students thrive feel supported and grow and our Community Assistantsare at the heart of that mission.
- Hourly Pay: $10/hour
- Weekly Hours: 20 guaranteed hours per week
- Housing Discount: 20% off your rent at Pilots Pointe
- Eligible for 401K participation
- Live-in position (must reside at Pilots Pointe)
Youll build strong supportive relationships with fellow students and serve as a key resource on campus:
- Connect personally with residents to offer support guidance and encouragement
- Help resolve roommate or peer conflicts as they arise
- Lead community meetings and plan events that bring people together
- Share campus updates resources and promote a respectful inclusive environment
- Step up during emergencies and ensure student safety is always a top priority
- Be a campus connector helping students feel at home and in the know
- Must be a current student and live at Pilots Pointe Apartments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable responsible and ready to be a role model
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing student needs
- Passionate about building community and supporting others
- Able to commit to 20 hours/week and a rotating on-call schedule
