Job Description
We are currently seeking a mechanic at our Allentown PA location. Our mechanics play a vital role in the dealer/customer relationship ranging from equipment prep/set-up to advanced diagnostic and repair.
Ongoing training is provided for all technicians through our mentorship program as well as OEM online and factory training. If you are looking for a unique experience working for an industry leading dealership and rental organization we want to speak with you!
Job Overview:
- Troubleshoot repair service inspect and maintain a variety of heavy construction landscaping aerial industrial agricultural and fleet equipment.
- Full-time position with excellent benefits and competitive compensation. 40-50 hours per week and 1 Saturday a month.
- Best Line has on-line and factory training benefits as well.
Requirements:
- Possession of a valid CDL A License.
- Possession of PA State License Class 3 to inspect trucks exceeding 17000 lbs trailers exceeding 10000 lbs and buses.
- Must possess strong communication skills interpersonal skills computer skills and strong electrical and mechanical abilities.
- Beneficial experience would include welding/fabrication DC electrical hydraulic combustion and associated skill sets.
- Ability to work with computers schematics repair manuals and warranty claims is an advantage.
- A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience will qualify.
