The Customer-Facing Order Specialist plays a vital role in supporting post-sale customer activity by managing add-on orders and ensuring accuracy and alignment with existing contracted services. This role directly engages with customers to clarify needs validate entitlements and facilitate smooth and accurate order processing. This is a high-touch detail-oriented role requiring strong communication customer relationship and problem-solving skills.
