What youll be doing
This position is responsible for coordinating developing analyzing and stewarding data to support the Academic Division of NSCC.
This position will provide the academic teams with integration and analysis of key information and programming data to support academic planning and decision making related to key planning projects and initiatives. The incumbent will support the integration and analysis of various data sets and sources to complete statistical and analytical research to support decision making and planning.
This role requires advanced analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Power BI and Excel as well as the ability to leverage internal systems such as Cognos and PeopleSoft to analyse interpret visualize and communicate complex data sets effectively. The incumbent will assist in the development of project tools such as program dashboards support the analysis and implementation of findings and deliver clear data-driven insights that guide evidence-based planning policy alignment resource allocation and student success.
