We are currently seeking a General Construction and Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Projects include painting siding repairs concrete replacement fence installation framing repairs landscaping drainage installation foundation repairs and concrete slab jacking.
- We provide many different services to our customers located in the Dayton and Cincinnati areas.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance remodeling or construction trades
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Detail-oriented reliable willing to learn and perform tasks to our company standards.
