We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager with a B2B SaaS background to set an outcome-oriented product strategy and deliver value to our customers. As the Director of Product on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the strategic vision for our CallPotential product. You will lead cross-functional teams who partner with design marketing engineering sales and the senior executive leadership team collaborate with stakeholders and be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization. You and the team will solve customer problems achieve a set of specific and collectively understood business objectives and guide the overall direction of your product. Your success will be measured by how well you communicate vision set expectations and build compelling cases for your strategy.
