Job Description
The Manager Data Center is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing PIH Health Network/Data Center. This role will provide leadership and guidance in the selection implementation and management of enterprise-wide Network-Data Center structure. Leads and executes the technical infrastructure of the data center operations. Partners with chief officers IT leadership to ensure infrastructure aligns and functions properly.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and infrastructure security protocols.
Experience in identifying potential security risks and implementing preventive measures.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations relevant to healthcare IT.
Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure components including networking servers storage and cloud technologies.
Proficiency in data center management virtualization technologies and disaster recovery solutions.
Experience with healthcare-specific systems (EMR/EHR telehealth etc.) and compliance standards (HIPAA HITRUST).
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices (NIST ISO 27001).
Hands-on knowledge of IT service management (ITIL) and experience with monitoring and performance management tools.
Experience with modern technologies such as AI machine learning and big data analytics in healthcare settings.
