AML Administrator Law Firm

A leading international law firm is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented AML Administrator to join their compliance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic and collaborative group responsible for ensuring the firm meets its anti-money laundering obligations and maintains the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

As an AML Administrator you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the team. Your responsibilities will include managing client due diligence files processing engagement letters maintaining accurate records assisting with insider lists and ethical walls and supporting general administrative functions such as diary coordination document formatting and internal system updates.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a legal admin compliance support or team assistant role preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Exposure to AML or other regulatory processes is advantageous but not essential. Strong attention to detail excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure are key to success in this role.
