PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our diverse customer-focused team! As a Senior Software Engineer on the Mobilization team youll be working on our scheduling platform which is a core piece of our business that helps organizations manage human availability and on-call across their teams. This is an exciting opportunity as youll help us realize the long-term vision for the product to build flexible and extensible scheduling capabilities leveraging agentic AI a suite of highly available services scalable databases and reliable data streams. You will also have plenty of opportunities to partner with the product and design teams on shaping new products and features for our customers. The ideal candidate will have full stack experience with Python Java or React and be responsible for promoting engineering excellence principles with our design dev test and release cycles.

The base salary range for this position is 130000 - 219000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus commission equity and/or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range which is subject to change based on primary work location reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location job-related knowledge skills/competencies and experience.
