In this influential role youll provide leadership to a talented team responsible for ensuring the tools and systems supporting the employee lifecycle are intuitive scalable and aligned with UWCUs people-first culture. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the digital employee experience and advance the way our People Tech Team delivers value across the organization.
A day in the life of the Manager of People Technology might include coaching a team member through a technical system enhancement collaborating with stakeholders on a roadmap for a new performance management platform analyzing vendor demo feedback or translating organizational needs into system configurations that streamline workflows and improve data visibility. Youll balance strategic vision with hands-on problem solving operating as both a people leader and a functional expert. If youre energized by building cross-functional partnerships guiding systems change and leading a team through complexity this role is for you.
