We are looking for a team- and child-oriented individual that has experience working with children but we are willing to train the right individual. The current opening requires several key attributes: The ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders A high degree of flexibility: needs change rapidly in our school from day-to-day and a flexible attitude and approach are necessary as the role and assignment is likely to vary. Academic support: the successful candidate will be willing and able to provide small group and/or 1:1 support for students with learning disabilities. This will occur within the framework of a whole-school team approach that follows specific protocols developed through a curriculum mapping position is full time school session. CPI certification is preferred but training will be provided if must meet North Country Supervisory Union requirements: Have a minimum of 48 college credits or a paraeducator certificate and portfolio Have successfully passed the ParaPro or Master Teacher Test.
