How You Will Achieve It
In this role you will:
Contribute to moderately complex projects managing your time effectively to meet targets and develop short-term work plans.
Develop inventory targets and budgets consulting with AMP Supply Planners to adjust forecasts based on market dynamics.
Ensure Supply Assurance and Supply Chain performance for your product portfolio representing the region in global and regional forums.
Monitor and manage inventory shelf-life and expiry dates to minimize write-offs and improve processes to avoid obsolescence.
Plan and implement routine launches product extensions and major product changes to support business unit growth.
Perform root cause analysis of inventory deviations and define improvement plans partnering with AMP Team Lead and AMP Hub Senior Supply Planners to resolve escalated issues.
Serve as the point of contact for brand supply leads and manufacturing sites regarding supply issues resolution plans and inventory management ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining audit readiness.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 3 years ofexperience; OR a masters degree with more than 1 year of experience;OR an associates degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high schooldiploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical operations
Proficiency in production and capacity planning shop floor control distribution planning and inventory control
Ability to observe patterns and trends in data determine root causes of issues and draw proper conclusions from analysis
Developing effective relationships with multiple stakeholders
Fluency in written and verbal English
Strong knowledge of legislation market practices and the local logistics market business environment
Nice-to-Have
Hands-on experience in the System Application & Products (SAP) environment
Experience in managing supply chain projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in a mentor or leadership role within a supply chain team
