DevOps Technical Lead - Secure Software IP

Owing to the success of our business our department is are looking for an enthusiastic DevOps Technical Lead to join our Security Software IP team
You will be part of highly talented team developing secure high-performance security software for next generation products in different market segments (payment identification mobile IoT Automotive )
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a local and remote team of DevOps engineers (Senior and Junior).
- Mentor and guide team members on new technologies tools and techniques.
- Foster a high-performance culture and liaise with stakeholders across multiple sites.
- Oversee the DevOps Team to ensure smooth collaboration communication and workflow.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for software automation.
- Implement best practices for development testing and deployment.
- Monitor and analyze infrastructure to ensure reliability security and performance.
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks potential risks and technical issues.
- Integrate new tools and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps practices.
Your profile:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8 years of working experience in DevOps.
- Proven track record in leading high-performing software/IT teams.
- Extensive experience with software continuous integration processes and tools.
- Strong technical knowledge in tools like Jenkins Docker Git Ansible and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructures like (Networking/Storage solutions/Virtualization/Scripting)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Experience in project/program management is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to adapt to ever-changing technologies in the IT industry.

Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract
