Conductfunnel analysisto understand and optimize the sales process identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement in sales operations and strategies.
Monitor and report on key sales performance metrics includingpipeline healthwin ratesdeal velocityaverage deal size etc
Design develop and maintain dashboards inPower BI providing stakeholders with visibility into sales performance and funnel progression.
UseSQLto query and manipulate data from various sources ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with commercial leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
Support forecasting efforts by analyzing historical data and trends enabling accurate revenue projections.
Stay updated on sales trends tools and best practices to continuously enhance reporting and analysis.
Bachelors degree in Business Data Analytics Marketing or a related field.
3 years of experience in data analysis with a focus onB2B SaaS GTM performanceandfunnel analysis.
Intermediate skills inSQLfor querying and analyzing data.
Expertise inPower BI (or similar tools)for creating dashboards visualizations and reports.
Strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs such asCustomer Lifetime Value (CLV)Lead Conversion Rates andSales Cycle Length.
Proven experience in conducting and interpretingfunnel analysisto optimize sales processes.
Exceptional communication skills to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for the sales team.
Experience collaborating withV- and C-level stakeholders ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Growth mindsetand ability to thrive in afast-paced dynamic environment.
High degree of proactivity and self-sufficiency capable of identifying opportunities and driving insights independently
