Digital Sales Support Manager Americas
Caterpillars Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) is hiring a Digital Sales Support Managerto lead a team ofdigital sales consultants who are the subject matter expert todealers and sales teams on go-to-marketstrategies best practices and sales variance programs to drive digital sales growth and increase percent of customers active online.
Role Summary:This role will workwith dealers and sales teams to help build and deploy digital marketing campaigns leverage marketing automation bring new digital solutions to market and promotethe integrated solutions approach to grow sales digitally. This role will collaborate across the enterprise to communicate Voice of Dealer Voice of Customer and identifygaps in our strategy to develop needed resources for success.

What Youll Do
In this role you will be working with key partners including Cat Digital and Distribution Services Division as well as aligning with the Sales Execution and Sales Support teams in CISD to drive digital sales growth which is critical to achieving double digit STU. Key duties include:
Lead cross functional workshops and governance with partners/dealers to help drive eCommerce sales and eCommerce activation growthplans.
Executego to market of newdigital solutions driving dealer and customer adoption.
Support dealer digital sales and marketing plan development
Gather Voice of Dealer and Voice of Customer to identify and drive needed enhancements to digital products.
Support execution of digital marketing strategy to support aftermarket sales growth.
Analyzegranular insights by dealer toprovide recommendations for digital marketing improvement and increase in eCommerce growth opportunities.
Coach and mentor peers in the creation and validation of new solutionsto business problems.
Responsible for all personnel issues and performance evaluation of direct reports.
Present insights on gaps root cause and proposed actions to leaders and advisors.
Leadpilot of new digital solutionswithin territory
What You Have(Core Skills)
Customer Focus: Knowledge ofdealers and customers application industry and marketplace needs.
Effective communication skills across product industry dealerand/or customer audiences to gain understanding and acceptance of ideas and recommendations.
Influencing: Experience consulting and collecting ofvoice of customer for new product/services introduction or distribution needs.Relationship Management: Experience and confidence working with senior staff and management on industry growth plans regional merchandising programs or regional dealer programs.
Strategic Thinking: Experience consulting and collecting ofvoice of customer for new product/services introduction or distribution needs.

Job-related experience in the areas of Digital Marketing eCommerce or Digital Solutions
Experience with aftermarket business

This role can work from one of the following Caterpillar office locations: Peoria IL; Chicago IL; Cary NC;
Relocation assistanceis provided to relocateto Peoria IL only.
This position requires frequent travel (40%)
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
Summary Pay Range:
$144960.00 - $217320.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
