Job Description
- Supervise project accountants and oversee all project accounting activities.
- Responsible for completion and accuracy of all project related billings within scheduled deadlines.
- Assess problems as they may arise and develop a solution that best fits the issue delegate to responsible individuals and follow through to ensure completion.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practice.
- GL Account reconciliation including but not limited to AR COGS & WIP.
- Assist with Monthly and Yearly Financial Closing.
- Oversee AR payment collection.
- Monthly Cash Flow Projections.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or Business; At least five years experience preferably in a similar field; Experience with Constructions Draw Process and AIA G702/G703; Strong understanding of accounting procedures and principles; Microsoft Office 4 years preferred; Knowledge of Procore Software & Sage a plus
