Job Description

Pfizer Oncology is focused on extending its leadership in genitourinary cancers and we are committed to developing and delivering a broad portfolio of medicines in prostate cancer that define standards of care for patients across the treatment continuum. We aspire to lead biomarker-driven prostate cancer with the development and launch of TALZENNA (talazoparib) in the highly competitive poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor landscape.

TALZENNA is an important asset in Pfizers growing GU portfolio. We are focused on driving launch uptake of the first indication in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCPRC) (TALAPRO-2) while preparing for the launch of TALZENNA in combination with XTANDI in HRRm metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC) (TALAPRO-3).

What You Will Achieve

This role will lead the development of global marketing materials ensure strategic and executional alignment with cross-functional teams and lead global brand planning for TALZENNA. In addition this role will work closely with the TALZENNA Global Launch Lead to successfully launch TALZENNA in mCSPC (TALAPRO-3).

How You Will Achieve It

  • Lead the development and implementation of an updated brand creative campaign and core HCP promotional materials for both TALAPRO-2 and TALAPRO-3 demonstrating a high level of autonomous decision-making.

  • Lead TALAPRO-2 Global strategy and communication refining strategy & tactics in response to competitive landscape and indication approval/reimbursement outcomes by country.

  • Lead integrated global brand planning engaging a broad range of global and regional cross-functional partners.

  • Develop global tactical plan to drive brand growth in alignment with business goals.

  • Lead Global KOL engagement strategy including Commercial Advisory Board meetings and Peer Exchange Programmes gathering critical insights to shape TALZENNA brand strategy.

  • Lead CoLab interactions including project plan review & management of CoLab OpEx and ensure appropriate strategic direction is communicated to and executed by CoLab.

  • Develop Global dashboard and analyze performance and reporting metrics to adjust strategies and execute marketing levers to continually grow the business.

  • Collaborate closely with US Marketing Team the International Commercial office and CoLab to ensure successful launch in markets.

  • Partner with other areas of the prostate franchise to strengthen our portfolio strategy.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelors degree required with 8 years of experience of commercial experience in the biopharmaceutical industry including strong track record in marketing; launch experience is an asset.

  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

  • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to engage experts from a wide range of functional areas.

  • Ability to work independently across senior level stakeholders with demonstrated judgement of what needs to be escalated.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).

  • Robust analytical/planning skills and ability to multi-task under pressure.

  • Self-starter detail oriented comfortable with ambiguity.

  • Solid understanding of todays Global and US pharmaceutical environment incl. Regulatory Legal and Compliance.

  • Demonstrated track record of conducting activities in accordance with company policies and SOPs Pfizer values and regulatory guidelines.

Nice-to-Have

  • Masters degree preferred with 7 years of experience.

  • Oncology experience.

  • Prostate/GU cancer experience is a plus.

  • Global experience.

  • Launch experience.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Willingness to work flexible hours on a daily basis across multiple time zones with colleagues based in the US and Europe.
