Position Summary

The International Tax Senior Manager will be an integral part of the corporate tax team supporting business expansion international indirect tax international tax audits employee mobility considerations and other various initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and provide recommendations regarding the tax structure of companys international expansion
  • Lead tax planning for international acquisitions divestitures reorganizations and other tax planning initiatives
  • Lead evaluation and implementation of international income tax credits and incentives
  • Manage international income tax audits including correspondence with tax authorities
  • Advice on tax implications of employee global mobility including assessment of permanent establishment
  • Oversee international indirect tax planning compliance and audits including implementation of compliance strategies and communication with stakeholders
  • Research advice and write documentation supporting tax positions
  • Serve as the primary tax contact with international accounting finance and other business functions supporting various business initiatives
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Strong communication organizational leadership and analytical skills including ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and other internal stakeholders across the F5 organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace change
  • Proven international tax expertise relevant to primary responsibilities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Data transformation and visualization and AI skills a plus

Qualifications

  • 8 years of international corporate income tax experience
  • Secondary university degree in Tax or Law preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant or other tax professional designation preferred
  • Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department

The annual base pay for this position is: $142682.00 - $214022.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience geographic locations and market conditions as well as to reflect F5s differing products industries and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
