Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications to ensure functionality reliability and performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans test cases and test scenarios specific to Salesforce implementations.
- Identify document and track software defects using designated tools.
- Collaborate with developers product owners and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Participate in Scrum Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Ensure test coverage aligns with user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Provide detailed reports on testing progress results and defect resolution.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of test documentation including user guides and test scripts.
- Implement and utilize test automation tools for Salesforce applications as applicable.
- Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements to enhance software quality within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Requirements:
- TS/SCI FSP Clearance
- B.S. in Computer Science Computer Engineering Computer Information Systems Computer Systems Engineering OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce testing methodologies including manual and automated testing.
- Familiarity with Scrum Agile development practices.
- Ability to manage multiple Salesforce applications and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium JUnit TestNG Salesforce-specific tools like Accelq or Test Automation Framework).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills for documenting and discussing findings.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
