Job Description

- Hourly Pay: Starting at $15.50 based on experience

Youll be the heartbeat of cleanliness at our student housing community:
- Clean apartments common areas restrooms and offices
- Sweep mop vacuum dust and sanitize surfaces
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and storage areas
- Work independently while following a structured cleaning schedule
- Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work
- Strong attention to detail and a see it clean it mindset
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work full time and follow a daily routine
- Dependable self-motivated and organized
