We are looking for a Behavioral Health Specialist (LCSW-C) to join our Germantown MD offices where you will have a schedule of 10 hours per day Monday-Thursday and will primarily:
- Play a crucial role in conducting clinical assessments developing personalized behavioral care for patients with obesity and engaging them in the multidisciplinary service model offered by CoreLife.
- A vital member of a care team that includes a nurse practitioner dietitian exercise trainer and other clinicians who may be utilized in the model.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited training program
- 1-2 years experience working with adults and children
- LCSW-C ( Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical )licensure in the state of Maryland
