Business Team Member (Full-Time) - Float Position
Menasha WI & Green Bay WI
Menasha Family Dentistry and Dental Designs are seeking a friendly organized and dependable Business Team Member to join our team in a float position between our two locations in Menasha and Green Bay WI.
As the first point of contact for our patients the ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment while efficiently managing the front desk. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety thrives on collaboration and is committed to providing excellent patient service across multiple practices.

What Youll Do:
- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Answer phones schedule appointments and manage daily schedules
- Verify insurance
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Present treatment plans
- Coordinate seamlessly with dental teams at both locations
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to float between clinical and front office roles as needed
- Previous dental experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and multitasking abilities
- Team player with a positive attitude
- High level of customer service skills
- Superior attention to detail

Monday8:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday8:00am to 5:00pm
Wednesday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Thursday 7:00am to 3:30pm
Dental Designs - Patient Care Hours
Monday8:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday8:00am to 5:00pm
Wednesday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Thursday 8:00am to 1:00pm
