Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and a deep understanding of personal insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts serving as the main point of contact for clients
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends regulations and best practices in personal insurance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in personal insurance account management
- In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products and coverage options
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $45K-$55K (based on experience)
