Responsibilities
- Process client-related requests such as claims policy issuance endorsements and schedules
- Inform and educate clients about policy coverage
- Advocate for clients with underwriters
- Assist in onboarding new clients
- Aid Advisor in gathering information for quotes
- Document policy details in agency management system
- Assist in quoting new/renewal business
- Utilize EPIC Agency management system Excel Word PowerPoint and Email applications
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty License preferred
- Existing professional designations (CPCU CIC AAI) a plus
- 2-5 years of experience in the real estate insurance industry
- Strong aptitude within CLs
- Experience with accounts in real estate habitational and construction/management lines for property developers
- Ability to handle minimum premium up to $1.5M
- Familiarity with EPIC Agency management system and other relevant software
Day-to-day
The role offers a hybrid work model with remote work available for strong candidates with experience. The schedule is flexible allowing for a 7-9am to 4-6pm window and travel is not required but optional for client meetings.
