NOW HIRING: Family Entertainment Center Manager

$22$28 per hour Full-Time

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Center Manager youll be at the center of it allleading daily operations motivating staff driving sales and ensuring every guest has a top-notch experience. We want a leader who thinks outside the box builds strong teams and keeps the fun flowing while keeping the business growing.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Oversee all day-to-day facility operations
- Recruit train and manage a talented team
- Plan and promote creative events and programs to boost business
- Monitor financials labor and inventory to ensure profitability
- Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold high safety standards
- Schedule and supervise staff breaks to comply with California labor laws
- Lead monthly department meetings and maintain clear communication
- Ensure all checklists safety and cleanliness standards are followed
- Handle opening/closing tills and bank deposits
- Maintain a safe respectful and harassment-free work environment
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 21 years old
- Valid CA Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) Card (can be obtained after hire)
- Valid CA Food Handler Card (can be obtained after hire)
- CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (can be obtained after hire)
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure setting
- Strong problem-solving organizational and time management skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs stand for extended periods and work around common kitchen/restaurant items
- Management experience strongly preferred
