About the role
As an Intern in our Recruitment team you will play a supporting role in the end-to-end recruitment process. This developmental opportunity is designed to help you learn about recruitment talent attraction and candidate experience while working alongside experienced recruitment professionals. You will contribute to a range of activities across the team and gain valuable insight into how a leading global law firm identifies future talent.
Key responsibilities
Support with the coordination of the recruitment process including maintaining records and updating our applicant tracking system (Workday).
Schedule interviews meetings and assessments between candidates and interviewers.
Assist in managing candidate communications ensuring professional responsive and positive experiences at every stage.
Help to draft and post job advertisements to various platforms.
Take part in employer branding activities such as participating in job fairs and supporting social media content.
Support with general administrative tasks (organizing files managing the team mailbox).
Provide assistance with sourcing and screening activities as required.
Contribute ideas to improve our recruitment processes.
What we are looking for
As English and Polish are our working languages we expect candidates to have a strong command of them.
Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable.
Interest in recruitment HR or administration prior recruitment experience is a plus but not required.
Comfortable working in a team and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
Proactive enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Able to prioritize tasks manage time effectively and maintain attention to detail.
Computer literate with working knowledge of Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Professional flexible and open to feedback.
Working arrangements
Based in Warsaw with a hybrid working model (two days per week in the office).
Part-time internship: at least 30 hours per week.
Civil-contract
