Salary: Starting Salary is 39513 (Level one) rising to 42708 (Level four) per annum (pro rata for part-time)

About the Role
The Fleet Services team are looking for a qualified and experienced Workshop Controller to work in the Shannon Workshop at Eastcroft Depot. The Shannon Workshop provides a repair and maintenance service for both the Councils internal fleet and a number of external customers which includes a diverse range of HGVs light vehicles and road-going plant.
The successful candidate will work as part of a workshop management team to deliver an extensive programme of vehicle maintenance repair inspection and examination. They will work to ensure compliance with statutory legislation the legal requirements of the Councils Operators Licence DVSA requirements and internal Council policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will also be able to work on their own initiative and to strict deadlines; at all times ensuring that a high quality standard of work is delivered.
