ta e raditi:

Doek i usluivanje gostiju na profesionalan i ljubazan nain
Preuzimanje narudbina i njihovo prosleivanje kuhinji i anku
Savetovanje gostiju o jelima i piima preporuka specijaliteta
Posluivanje hrane i pia u skladu sa standardima restorana
Naplaivanje rauna i rukovanje gotovinskim i bezgotovinskim plaanjem
