Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in helping local service businesses scale through full-funnel lead generation and personalized marketing support. Their services include Meta and Google Ads (top funnel) CRM-based nurturing (middle funnel) and light sales enablement (bottom funnel). The agency is lean founder-led and driven by client success with a strong emphasis on creative .
Why This Role Matters
This role is mission-critical to supporting business growth while maintaining high-quality service delivery. It blends Client Success 30 with Video Production 35 along with Operations and Admin 35. You will own client relationships while producing or coordinating short-form video content an increasingly central driver of client campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Client Success 30
- Serve as a key point of contact for client communication (email Slack and calls)
- Support onboarding training and ongoing success for service-based businesses
- Coordinate campaign launches and track client performance in Meta and Google Ads
- Proactively monitor client sentiment and identify upsell or improvement opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the founder and internal team to keep clients engaged and happy
Video Editing & Production 35
- Own short-form video production for client campaigns (e.g. reels shorts stories)
- Use tools like Final Cut Pro CapCut Canva and AI platforms to edit engaging content
- Add captions transitions music effects and branding elements to elevate quality
- Ensure fast turnaround times and high creative standards
- Coordinate outsourced editing projects when needed and manage delivery timelines
Operations & Admin Support 35
- Manage calendars inboxes and internal workflows (via Notion & GoHighLevel)
- Oversee invoicing reporting meeting logistics and internal documentation
- Keep projects organized and ensure no balls are dropped across client accounts

- Provide light support with lead generation and early-stage sales tasks
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2 years in client success or account/project management ideally in a marketing or creative setting
- Proven experience with short-form video editing including a portfolio or samples
- Proficiency with editing software (e.g. Final Cut Pro CapCut Canva or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal English skills for clear professional communication
- Confident using tools like Notion GoHighLevel and marketing CRMs
- Exceptionally organized proactive and self-managing
Nice-to-Haves
- Hands-on experience running or supporting Meta/Google Ads
- Experience working in an agency or remote startup environment
- Familiarity with sales CRMs scheduling tools and AI writing/editing platforms
- Basic understanding of web tech (e.g. domains hosting Zapier integrations)

Work Schedule
- Full-time 40 hours/week
- Initial fixed schedule: Monday Friday on EST hours
- After 3 months: more flexible async work style (must still attend key meetings 2 3x/week EST)
