Sales Development Representative (Remote)

I m a founder juggling multiple ventures with big ambitions and zero time for fluff. I m looking for a sharp resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth and make meaningful connections with leads across several fast-moving businesses.
This isn t your boiler-room sales job. It s part SDR part operator and fully focused on quality outreach relationship-building and results.
You ll be the front line of outbound sales prospecting qualifying leads personalizing messages setting meetings and helping drive growth through thoughtful outreach and relentless follow-up. You ll need to be organized tech-savvy and resilient comfortable reaching out cold staying on top of tasks and adapting fast.
If you can write a killer email hold a sharp conversation and stay energized by metrics momentum and a little bit of chaos read on.
Identify research and engage potential leads across multiple industries and verticals
Craft and send thoughtful personalized outbound messages (email LinkedIn DMs etc.
Book and schedule qualified meetings for the founder or sales team
Manage follow-ups nurture sequences and outreach cadences using CRM and automation tools
Track lead interactions status and next steps with obsessive attention to detail
Collaborate with the founder to test messaging and refine outreach strategy
Use tools like Apollo Clay or LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support prospecting efforts
Help build and improve outbound systems templates and workflows
Maintain clear reporting on pipeline progress learnings and performance metrics
Stay proactive communicative and outcome-focused in a fully remote team
You ve worked in SDR BDR or lead gen roles especially in fast-paced founder-led startups
You write like a human not a robot and can be sharp direct and engaging
You re curious self-driven and unafraid to cold DM a CEO or poke at a broken workflow
You re organized and can juggle dozens of leads and conversations at once without dropping the ball
You re fluent in outbound tools (e.g. HubSpot Apollo Clay Lemlist Notion Slack)
You re motivated by clear KPIs: booked meetings conversion rates qualified leads
You like experimenting learning iterating and improving systems not just following them
You have a sense of humor grit and love turning nos into tell me more
