Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst Intern for our Barcelona Office to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a solid understanding of statistics and forecasting and the ability to translate complex data into valuable insights for decision-making.
What you will do:
- Collaborate within a team and slowly gain responsibility of workstream(s) in a project engagement: planning organizing and managing different aspects of delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities based on data analysis and proactively solve problems faced by the client.
- You will be exposed to the client assisting for operational project questions developing relationships through face-to-face discussions workshops telephone or email contact.
What we expect from you:
- Previous consulting experience is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field with a strong academic record.
- Strong communication skills able to interact and build relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
- Analytical mindset good understanding of how to extract insights from Data Warehouses and ability to summarize and represent data.
- Solid qualitative and quantitative hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills.
- Positive and empathetic team-player with an inclusive collaborative approach
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and writing in English and Spanish other EU languages is plus (eg. Italian French)
- Familiarity with SQL Python and BI & Analytical tools are a plus.
- Passion for continuous learning and enthusiasm for working in diverse teams.
